The farm is owned by Augusto Triana Cortés and Ciro Néstor Cruz Ricaurte,the administration is under their supervision. In the farm, they grow different varietals, including Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Typica, Colombia, Castillo, and Cenicafé. The farm extension is approx. 26 Hs. The farm is located at an altitude of 1850 masl. El Chuzcal is located in the Villamaria municipality, Caldas department, San Julián vereda. Approx 70 % of the land is dedicated to coffee production, the other land is in grass and forest preservation.

The La Loma Casa Grande farm is owned by Sandra Isabel Largo Pietro, a local coffee grower, leader and proactive woman in love with the coffee industry and the region.
Her farm is in the Caramanta municipality of the Antioquia Dept. on the western branch of the Colombian Andes. The average altitude of the farm is 5,300 ft above sea level. The growing area is 8 hectares, with approx. 48,000 trees of mainly Castillo and Colombia varietals.
La Loma Casa Grande produces coffee year-round, but the main crop is picked (by hand, and by local workers!) between October and November, and the small crop or "traviesa", as it is called locally, between the months of April and May."
